Bulimba State School STEAM Expo
In August 2018, That’s RAD! Science was delighted to participate in the Bulimba State School STEAM Expo. That’s RAD Science project leader, Kathy Andrews, was there with her dad George and PhD candidate Eva. They gave away lots of STEAM books and Kathy gave a talk to the children and their parents about how she became a scientist. It was also great to see the children enjoying playing with science equipment and dressing up as a laboratory scientist. A big thanks to That’s RAD Science supporters, including the Griffith Institute for Drug Discovery, Griffith Sciences and the Australian Society for Parasitology!
